New Challenge #219 at Glitter N Sparkle

Hello,
Well its getting close to that time of year,
and me and my Partner have gone 'up North'
to my Parents house for the holiday season.
Though at the moment this consists of being at theirs
and Animal sitting (Dog and Hens),
while they are off on a Cruise around Norway
seeing the Northern Lights
(lucky them).
But at least we get to have a nice relaxing time
away from home.

This will be my last post for this year everyone,
so I'm wishing you all a
Very Happy Holidays,
and I'll see you all in the New Year.

New Challenge #218 at Glitter N Sparkle

Hi,
Its amazing how life can go from one extreme to the next in seconds.
Well I've spent quite a lot of time over the last 2 weeks
in and out of Hospital supporting my Other Half.

He phone me just before the beginning of last weekend
to inform me that he was in hospital after a accident at work.
It doesn't seem much but he had sliced straight through his hand.
And cut his muscles and we also thought his tendons as well.
He's now had his Operation and is home feeling rather sorry for himself,
and I'm having to look after him,
(doing all the little things you do with out thinking).
All I can say is good job it wasn't his dominant hand
or he would have been totally helpless
