Challenge 159 at Glitter N Sparkle

One of these Days things will go right,

Honestly if its not one thing its another.
Just getting everything on track,
 and then I lose my computer for a while.
Finally I'm all sorted now and things should be
 plain sailing from here
(touch wood).

Not only that but then I had all the stress of
my Fiancee deciding he wanted a Halloween Party at my house
(because its bigger than his),
And if you know me I'm not a Party Fan.
Then we had the girls for Trick or Treating,
and that is a full costume family affair.
(I really think He is a bigger child than the Kids,
he loves all this dressing up and scaring folk silly).

Anyway it is time to catch up on everything
I have been up to Craftywize while I have been
incommunicado.

My Project this

week was:-

Spellbound Digi Stamp

from The EastWind

I took my Inspiration for this card from a Sketch from 
Paper Craft Crew

To begin with I used a Sheet of A4 Black Card
and folded it in half

to which I added a layer of Pearlised Purple Paper

(Ross Papers)

Then using another piece of the Pearlised Paper 
I embossed it using a Spider Web Embossing Folder

(Stampin' Up!)

Next I printed off the Image

  on White DC Paper

And coloured it in using my Promarker Pens

Ivory

China Blue

Bluebell

Prussian

Violet

Lavender

Amethyst

I hand wrote on in Black Pen 
'Spells' and 'The Grimoire',
on her book.
And then I Fussy-cut her out.

I then placed her on some Blue Star Acetate
and using the Large Circle Die

(Sizzix)

cut them both out.

Next I made my Sentiment by
Stamping 'Fright Night'

(Holiday Cheer - Project Life, Stampin' Up!)

on to Pearlised Purple paper
using Whisper White Ink
(Stampin' Up!)
then Cutting it to the Size of the Stamp 
and rounding off the Corners using 5mm Corner Punch
(X-Cut).

I Handmade the little bow on the Sentiment from a scrap of
5mm Black Satin Ribbon I found in my scrap box.
Also in there was some White Webbing
which I used as the Ribbon Strip down the Right hand Side.

To finished it off I added 2 Black Peel-off Spiders
to the Embossed Web.
