Hello Again,
Well its been a Chrismassy kind of week.
The decorations are all up,
and the Christmas Presents have started arriving in the post.
I will have to sort out some time to wrap them all,
otherwise I can see me staying up all
Christmas Eve night wrapping lol .
Anyway on with this fortnights Card:

My Project for
this Challenge is:-
Xmas Santa Digi Stamp
To begin with I used a Pre-cut 3 Panel Screen White Card
(stash)
from which I cut out a 'Window'
from the middle of the Middle Panel.
I then shaded the White Card face in with
swirls of Dark Blue, Light Blue and Mid Grey Chalk
(Decorative Pastel Chalks - Dovecraft)
to give it a Marble Effect.
And using Pastel Blue Mica Powder
(from my tester pot)
I buffed over the whole of the Card to give it a sheen.
Next I printed off the Image
on White DC Paper
And coloured it in using my Promarker Pens:
Satin
Blush
Putty
Buttercup
Cool Aqua
Duck Egg
Pastel Blue
Denim Blue
Cyan
Aegean
Blue Pearl
Cornflower
China Blue
Artic Blue
Sky Blue
Powder Blue
Azure
Royal Blue
Ice Grey 1
Ice Grey 2
Ice Grey 3
Ice Grey 4
Ice Grey 5
Metallic Silver
I then cut it so that it would fit inside the
'Window of the base card.
You can't see it very well in the photos,
but I then added lots of Embossing Powder with Watermark Ink
(Versamark)
and Glitter.
To start I used Vanilla Sparkle Embossing Powder
on the 2 Teddies.
Then I used Sparkling Snow Embossing Powder
on the White parts of Santa's Suit.
Silver Bells Embossing Powder
on the Big Present Bows
(all WOW! Embossing Powders)
For the Ground I used
Seafoam White Embossing Powder.
And on the Sack I used
Holographic Embossing Powder.
(both Papermania)
I also added some Holographic Silver Glitter
(Glitter Magic)
to the Belt for the Sack, Buttons,
Waist Belt, Boot Buckles.
I went around the 'Window Frame' with
2mm Plain Silver Peel-off Strips.
Then I went around the outside of the Card with
1mm Bobbled silver Peel-off Strips.
I also use a Holographic Silver
'Happy Christmas' Peel-off for my Sentiment
(all from my stash)
I used the scraps of White Paper from the Image
and I Die-Cut out 2 Snowflake Shapes
(Marianne Designs)
I coloured the larger one in using
I coloured the larger one in using
the Arctic Blue Promarker.
and then used the Holographic Embossing Powder
on both of them to make them Sparkle.
I then made a Bow using
1cm Cyan Blue Organza
(Boyes Haberdashery)
and I placed the Snowflakes on top of the Bow.
Across the Bottom of the Card I used a strip of
Silver Tree and Snowflake Boarder Ribbon
(Boyes Haberdashery)
that I had in My Scrap Box.
Finally I added the Pearls,
I used 6x Light Blue Pearls 4mm and 1x Mid Blue Pearl 4mm
on the Snowflakes.
4x Light Blue Pearls 4mm and 2x Mid Blue Pearls 4mm
on the Silver Ribbon
(it had holes where the Pearls are)
I used 11x White Seed Pearls 2mm for all of the Holly Berries
on the Digi Image.
I also used 3x Blue Pearl Stars 10mm,
to look like Stars in the Sky.
(All Pearls from my stash)
