2015 - Week 10 - Friend Card

Hello, here I am again

Yes, its a Thursday 

and I have finally managed to have a week
back at my Card Class.

What with all the training and 
appointments recently 
its been one thing after another.
Seriously though 
why do they always have to book 
them for the 1 day 
I go out and socialise.
There are 6 other days in the Week,
and its not even like its 
the middle one either lol.

Never mind,
anyway here is my 1st card 
that I did this week. 

A Friends Birthday Card

This card has 5 beautiful elements to it.

But 1st I used a plain Square of Black Paper 

as the starter layer.

Then on Top of that was

the beautiful Butterfly Embossed White Card.

(Tattered Lace - Butterflies Embossing Folder).

Out of some more Black Paper I Die Cut out

a Kensington Border and the 

Grand Happy Birthday

(both from Memory Box)

Leaving enough space it the middle for the Sentiment,

which is this wonderful B.F.F. Rubber Stamped Verse

(IndigoBlu),

with Tuxedo Black Ink

(Memento)

I also punched out 2 Monarch Butterflies

(Martha Stewart)

from the Black Paper.

and placed Black Pearls in the center of them.

And finally I placed 5mm Black Dotted Rhinestones,

1 in each of the corners.
