New Challenge #130 at Glitter N Sparkle - Card 1

I so Confused,
All this time changing malarkey has me all baffled.
I hate this time of year as I never know if its
forward or backwards,
and you can guarantee that I will never
remember to change all the Clocks in the house.
Though thankfully my Mum and Dad
called in for a visit last night
so I now know I lose an hour of sleep lol.
They had been to collect their new addition to the family,
a gorgeous Dog (called Gizmo) who they are adopting,
he is a Golden Retriever/Gordon Setter Cross.

But back to the Crafting and I have a treat for you this week.
I have 3 gorgeous Images to share with you all.
I wanted a bit of a challenge to myself so
I chose a different Sketch for each one
and I also wanted to try different styles
(though not to sure how that worked out).

For this Card I chose this Sketch:

and I tried to attempt a Shabby Chic look.

My Project this week is:-

Egg Painting Girl 1 Digi Stamp

To start with I folded a sheet of A4 Mint Green Stippled Embossed Card
(stash)

in half and then cut it to make a 14cm Square Base Card.
Next I cut a 12cm Square of Cream Elegant 1 Paper
(Ukok's Place).
I used a 5mm Corner Punch
(X-Cut)
to round off all the corners on both the Card and Paper..

Next I printed the Image out
  on White DC Paper
and coloured it in

using my Promarker Pens

I then Die-Cut The Image out using
the largest Ornate Square Frame

(X-Cut).

I distressed all the edges on both the Square Papers
with Antique Linen Distressed Ink
(Tim Holtz)

I then added a strip of Cream Lace
(Boyes Haberdashery).

And finally I added 2 Cream Wax Paper Flowers
