New Challenge #127 at Glitter N Sparkle

Well its certainly been a busy week this week
for crafting.
Had to sort out 2 Birthday Cards for
my mans Mum and 1 of his Sisters,
(this one is for his Sister).
And had my orders in for making Mothers Day Cards.
Somehow every year the list gets longer,
so up to now I've got 5 to make,
and you might end up seeing a few of them on here.

The Theme at
Decorate Inside And Out

? Gift Certificate for their store.

The Stamping Boutique who are offering
3 Images from their store
(4 if a a Stamping Boutique image is used).

My Project this
week is:-
Fae 37 Digi Stamp
from Fitztown
(our sponsor)

To begin with I used a A4 sheet of Cream Card
And folded both the end 1/4's in to the middle
to make a 14cm Square Gatefold Card.

Next I used a square of patterned paper from

the Fairy Belle Collection
(Jodie Lee Designs)
and in the center of the paper,
I used the Vintage Notes Doily Die
 (X-Cut XCU503147)
I then placed the out-cut on the Outside of the Card
and cut down the middle so it could open.
To make the Card match the cut paper,
I used the Die to cut out the 'Window'.

I then printed the Image out
  on White DC Paper
and coloured it in
using my Promarker Pens

                                                           Skin -        Vanilla
                                                                              Dusky Pink (Cheeks)
                                                                              Dusky Rose (Lips)
                                                                              Blossom (Eyelids)
                                                           Hair -        Pastel Yellow
                                                                              Blossom (Flower)
                                                                              Dusky Rose (Flower Center)
                                                           Dress -      Blossom
                                                                              Dusky Rose
                                                           Wings -     Pastel Pink
                                                                              Dusky Rose
                                                           Border -    Pastel Beige
                                                                              Pastel Yellow
                                                                              Pastel Pink
                                                                              Dusky Rose
                                                                              Meadow Green
                                                                              Pear Green

I then fussy cut my Image out.
and then added some sparkle by adding some
Iridescent Pastel Pink Glitter
(Glitter Magic)
to her Wings and Eyelids.

For the Inside of my Card
I placed the Doily I cut out earlier
in the center of the 'Window'
on the Inside of the Card,
and then placed the Image on top of it.

For my Sentiment I used 'Happy Birthday'

from the You're So Sweet Clear Stamp Set
(Adam Pescott - Cardmaking +Papercraft)
and Natural Premium Pigment Ink
When it had dried I coloured the flowers in with
Blossom and Dusky Rose Promarker Pens.

And to finish off I placed 3mm Pastel Pink Pearls
in each of the dips on the front of the card,
and in the Corners both on the Outside and
the Inside of the Card.

Added some Glossy Accents
to her Lips to make them pop.
And I Handmade a Bow from
5mm Mint Green Satin Ribbon
(Boyes Haberdashery)
And placed it on the Ivy Leaves of the Image.
