Card No. 1
Well lets see if you were all paying
attention to my last Blog,
and see if you can work out
which "Mother" gets which Card.
I know its so confusing
even for those close to me.
As all my "Mum's" have got their cards
I can now share them with you.

Here is the Card I made for my Mom
GeorgeAnn.
My Mom's Canadian,
and when I first saw this Image
I immediately thought of the last time
we were both in Canada.
we were sitting out on the deck at the
Family House,
watching the Hummingbirds
flitting around.
We even went and bought feeders
so we could watch them.

I then used one of the Images as my Base Image.
From the next Image
I fussy cut out the Hummingbird,
and the Large Fuschia Flowers.
And from the last Image I
fussy cut out the Beak and the Feet of the Hummingbird
and the Purple centers of the Fuchsias.
Then decoupaged the Flowers up.
For the Hummingbird I hand-cut out the
Body and the Bottom of the Wings for the Hummingbird
from Iridescent Metallic Green Paper
(Craft Planet),
and glued it all to gether with the Beak and Feet on top.
Adding Black Promarker Pen and
White Shake Graph'it Pen for the Eye.
And decoupaged it up from the Base Image.
For my Sentiment I printed it off
on the Image I used as my Base.
Using the English 111 Presto BT Font,
and Natures Design 13 Texture for the Writing
(which is a Peacocks Feather).
I use the Greeting Card Factory
(Art Explosion)
for all my work.
I Handmade the Bow from
5mm Green Satin Ribbon
(Boyes Haberdashery).
And I added some sparkle with
Holographic Copper Glitter
(Glitter Magic)
to the Stamens + Pistil of the Flowers.
Finally I went around the outside placing a
3mm Yellow Rhinestone in each of the Scallops
