Challenge #178 at Glitter N Sparkle

Hi and welcome back.
I have finally got my Blog back after a long 2 months,
It was taken out of my hands (I think I was hacked)
along with all of my emails.
Luckily I noticed straight away and managed to get them blocked
until it had all been sorted out.

So now it is time to catch up on all of my Crafty Makes
that I have been unable to do .

Hope you enjoy looking at them all...

The Theme at
Mother's Day

Our Sponsors that week were:-

My Project that
week was:-
Mother and Child 1 Digi Stamp

To begin with I used a sheet of A4 Pearlised Champagne Card

(Ross Papers)
which I cut to make a Rectangle Base Card
(11 x 17cm)

Next I printed the Image off
on White DC Paper
And coloured the Image
in using my Promarker Pens.
Ivory
Almond
Putty
Satin
Blush
Antique Pink
Sandstone
Caramel
Cinnamon
Cocoa
Chestnut
Henna

Using Pearlised Double Sided Dusky Rose Flower/Plain Ivory Paper

(The Promise - First Edition)
I cut out two 9 x 15cm Rectangles,
Placing the Dusky Rose Paper face up on the Inside of the Card
and the Ivory Paper face Up on the Outside of the Card.

For the Sentiment '1st Mother's Day'

I printed it out using Nupital Font
on the Dusky Rose Paper.
Using this Paper I then cut out 4x 1cm wide Strips
with the Sentiment on one of them.
Then I laid the strips around the edge of the Ivory Paper,
making a frame around the Image.

Once all the Layers were on I then Fussy Cut through
the Front of the Card,
along the Edge of the Image,
rounding the card edges off so they
melted into the Lines from the Image.

I'd like to enter this Card in the

New Challenge #74 at Glitter n Sparkle

Hi all,
Well this week has been a very sad one,
I've said my goodbyes to a wonderful Lady
who has meant so much to me.
I will miss my Grandma so much
but I know she will be with me
every day in my heart.

So here is my project for this week:-

The Theme at
Glitter n Sparkle is:-
Add a Sentiment

Our Sponsors this week are:-

Patties Creations who are offering
2 Images from their store

The Stamping Chef who are offering
3 Images from their store

Digi Darla who are offering
5 Images from their store

Flourish With A Bling who are offering
an AUD $15 Gift Certificate for their store

My project for this week is:-

Princess Pumpkin Coach digi stamp
from Patties Creations
(one of our sponsors)

To begin with I made my base Card from
 A4 White Stock Card
(stash),
which I folded in half.

Next I cut a rectangle

(the same size as the front of the card)
from White Holographic Glitter Card
(Paper Cellar),
which I Die-Cut out the middle
using the largest Rectangle Parenthesis #2
(X-Cut).

Next using Silver Holographic Glitter Card
(Paper Cellar)
I again Die-Cut the middle
Using the Second Largest Rectangle Parenthesis #2.
Lining up the two to make a 'Window'.

I coloured in my Image
using my Promarker Pens.
               Wheels -         Black
                                      Cool Grey 5
Coach Body -  Cool Grey 2
               Shading -        Cool Grey 1

Then to make it sparkle I Heat Embossed it
               Black -            Front Wheel Spokes
                                     Coach Body
                                     Scroll work on Door
                                     Pumpkin Stalk
               Tinsel Silver - Coach Runners
                                     Window Sill
                                     Scroll under Coach
                                     Floating Scroll Work
                                     Pumpkin Top
                                     Wheel Centers
               Holographic -  Door Panel
                                     Coach Roof
(All from Papermania)
               Marcasile  -     Rear Wheel Spokes
                                      Middle Flourish around Door
(Opaque - Stamp-N Stuff)

Then I cut the image out
and placed it on to the White Base Card.

I added a Strip of Silver Glitter Ribbon to
each outside edge of the White Glitter Card.
Then with all three Layers completed
glued them together.

To add my sentiment I used a

'Wedding' Clear Stamp
(All B Designs - Free from Crafts Beautiful)
which I used Watermark Stamp Ink

(VersaMark)
and Black Embossing Powder.

I then added Holographic Silver Glitter
(Glitter Magic)
To the curtains of the Coach.

And to make it all stand out
I glued 5mm White Holographic
Flat-Backed Gems
around the Door and
on the Bottom Door panel,
And 1 on the Centre of each Wheel.
For the Coach Body I placed in lines
3mm Crystal Resin Flat-Backed Rhinestones,
And for the Curtain Ties I used
small Black Triangle Flat-Back Gems
(All Gems from my stash).
