Here is the 6th of my Glitter n Sparkle Blogs that I have missed.

I was inspired by the Sketch that was from

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2

The Theme at

Glitter n Sparkle was:-

One For The Boys

My Project this week was:-

Dragon Josh Digi Stamp

from Pink Gems Designs
(one of our sponsors)

To start with I used an A4 sheet of White Card
(stash)

which I folded and cut to make a 14cm Square Card.

Next I cut a 12.5cm Square of Lime Green Card
(stash)
For the Backing Papers I used 
a 12cm Square of Green Striped Paper
(Spots + Strips, Festive Collection - Papermania)
and a 4x12cm Rectangle of Glitter Spots Paper
(Safari Kids - DCWV)

I printed the Image out three times
  on White DC Paper
and coloured it in

using my Promarker Pens

                                               Satin                   - Skin
                                               Putty                  - Skin
                                               Red                     - Horns
                                               Berry Red          - Claws
                                               Leaf Green        - Dragon Body/Wings
                                               Bright Green     - Dragon Body
                                               Forest Green    - Dragon Body
                                               Pastel Blue        - Belly/Tail
                                               Blue Pearl          - Belly/Wings/Tail/Dragon Nose
                                               China Blue         - Ears/Belly/Wings/Tail
                                               Midnight Blue   - Belly/Wings/Tail
                                               Chestnut            - Hair
                                               Walnut               - Hair
                                               Metallic Silver   - Eyes

I then Die-Cut out 1 of the Images using a 5.5x7.8 Die,
 Ovals Collection
(Stampin' Up!)
For the second Image I fussy cut out the Head and Body
and for the third Image I cut out the Head
and decoupaged the layers up.
And I used the 6.6x8.9 Oval Die on some Lime Green Card 
for the back of the Image.

Next I stamped out the Sentiment
Happy Birthday
(All B Designs - Free with Crafts-Beautiful)
using Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink
(Tim Holtz)
then cut around the Stamp,
and backed it onto some Lime Green Card.
Colouring in the Stars with Metallic Silver Promarker Pen.

For my finishing touches I added Glossy Accents 
(Ranger)
to the Dragon Wings.
And 4 Confetti Silver Stars 
around the Bottom of the Image.

Sunday Again,
So sorry I just ran off after my last Blog.

Its been a very sad week for me and my family.
We had to say goodbye to a very wonderful Lady,
my Great Auntie, who is going to be sadly missed.

Then the day after her funeral
we had to make the heart wrenching decision
and say goodbye to our beloved family dog.

So understandably I have used the pre-colored Digi Design
rather than colouring it in myself.
This is the 1st time I have used one for my cards
and I kind of feel like I've cheated.

My Project for this

week is:-

Leo Lion Digi Stamp

To begin with I used Mustard Card

(stash)
and Cut it to make a A6 sized Base Card

Then I printed off the Coloured Digital Image
 3 times on White DC Paper.
I Die-Cut it the Image out

using a Large Framelits Oval Die
(Stampin' Up!).
Then fussy cut out the rest of them for Decoupaging.

I used a smaller Oval Die as a guide,
drew around it with the Moss Promarker Pen.

For the Backing Paper I used 2 different ones
from Safari Kids Matstack (with Glitter)
(DCWV)

To personalise this Card 
I used the Nephew Clear Stamp
(Papermania)
with Natural Pigment Ink
(Dovecraft).
The Happy Birthday Clear Stamp 
and the 1, s + t individual Clear Stamps
I arranged to suit my tastes
(Me-To-You)
(Tuxedo Black - Momento
Cocoa Brown - Dovecraft)

To finish the Card off
I added 2 Googly Eyes to the Lion
(stash).
