To begin with I used a Pre-cut Card

Which is White with Green Roses on.

Then I printed off the Image
on White DC Paper
and coloured it in
using my Promarker Pens

                         Skin -             Satin
                                               Dusky Rose (Cheeks)
                         Hair -             Sandstone
                                               Caramel
                         Dress -            Apple
                         Socks  -           Meadow Green

Next I Die-Cut out some Mint Green Card
(stash)
with the largest Square Ornate Frame
(X-Cut)
And I Die-Cut the Image out
with the 3rd largest Square Ornate Frame
but this time using the negative
of the Die-Cut to fit inside the Red Frame.

Using the same size Dies on the Mint Green Card
and some DC White Paper
I re-cut them again but this time just the edges
to make the Sentiment Frame.

I then stamped on my 'Happy New Year'
(Good Greetings - Stampin' Up!)
using Spring Green Pigment Ink
(Dovecraft).

To add some sparkle I added
Holographic White Glitter to her Wings
and Holographic Silver Glitter to her
Scarf, Top of her Socks, and her Shoes.
(all Glitter from Glitter Magic)
And to her Dress I added Pastel Green
3D Pearl Effects
(Dovecraft)

To finish off my Card
